Five deaths in South Korea after getting Astrazeneca Covid-19 vaccine

In the past week, there has been a record of 5 deaths reported from South Korean hospitals after getting the Astrazeneca covid19 vaccine.

The first two patients were reported dead on Wednesday the 3rd of March 2021. First patient was a male in his fifties who was vaccinated on March 2nd and he passed on the next day early in the morning. He started getting symptoms of chest pains and shortness of breathe just 11 hours after getting the shot. Another is a male in his sixties who got the Astrazeneca shot on Saturday, February 27th and passed on 4 days later, on March 3rd. His recorded symptoms were pain all over the body and fever just 33 hours after getting the shot.

Three more patients died on Thursday the 4th of March after getting vaccinated with the same Astrazeneca shots. Two of the patients were recorded to be in their fifties who passed on just a day after getting the shot and one in his twenties who passed on 2 days after.

The countries prime minister has called for an investigation, he said “the government will thoroughly investigate the deaths and openly share the results.”

A total number of 515 cases have been reported this Thursday, of side effects from those that took the shots.
