South Africa: The impact of Covid-19 on businesses

It’s exactly a year since South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa promised to tackle youth employment as a top priority and that the government was working on interventions to create more job opportunities. Ramaphosa said youth unemployment was a serious and important political and economic crisis.

A year later the story has not changed unemployment remains a challenge in South Africa. Businessman Tonic Manchidi says business is struggling because of covid -19  hard lockdown. Let’s hear more from the interview he had with Innocent Semosa.
