F.W De Klerk to be buried in a private ceremony on November 21

South Africa’s President Ramaphosa has declared a 4 day mourning period for the late Apartheid President F. W De klerk.

In a statement released by the Presidency, Ramaphosa said that the National flag is to be flown at half-mast until November 21.

Deklerk is to be cremated and his funeral held on the 21st November in a private ceremony for family members and this according to the F.W. Deklerk foundation.

The Presidency also announced that it will host a state Memorial service in remembrance of the last apartheid leader. Listen to Mr De Kleerk’s message to the nation of South Africa.
