Emergency requests have been filed to the US Supreme Court by several businesses and 27 states in USA on the legality of President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with over 100 employees.

Each petition was asked by Brett Kavanaugh, an associate of the Supreme Court Justice  to be responded to by December 30th at 4PM.

This is based on the hopes of the applications reaching the other 8 justices in time to agree on a decision before Christmas on whether the court will conclude on a stay and take on the case.

The vaccine mandate is supposedly to be put into place on the 4th of January 2022 and the applicants are asking the Supreme Court justices for a stay while the legal action is ongoing challenging Biden’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.
