COSATU: Ramaphosa’s SONA was not radical enough

Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) says SONA addressed the familiar common issues that they discussed as part of the Economic Recovery and Reconstruction Plan, the trade union says it does not represent the radical shift that the current situation requires.
