South Africa: Ramaphosa responds to SONA debate

President Cyril Ramaphosa returned to Parliament on Wednesday in Cape Town City Hall to react to the two-day debate on his State of the Nation Address (SONA).

Ramaphosa addressed a number of concerns and responded to critics, who called his speech a retreat with no solution.
