Oscar Mabuyane, the chairperson of the African National Congress (ANC) in Eastern Cape, said President Cyril Ramaphosa must run for re-election at the party’s national elective conference in December.
After being re-elected as the ANC’s Eastern Cape chairperson during the party’s elective conference, Mabuyane addressed party delegates in East London on Monday.
