South Africa’s Secretary-general of the African National Congress (ANC) Fikile Mbalula has said that the Phala Phala report will not be discussed at the conclusion of the party’s national conference this week.
This comes after conference proceedings were adjourned in December without resolving and finalising some matters, including decisions on policy resolutions and constitutional amendments.
