Leading up to the elections, political parties have less than a month to win over the hearts of South Africans; thus the ANC has increased it’s visibility in all provinces. In a last ditch effort to win over Gauteng, former ANC President Thabo Mbeki took to the streets of Soweto in support of President Cyril Ramaphosa’s re-election campaign despite their previous public clashes.
